I ventured in here after trying multiple places trying to get my watch fitted. Not only was this the place to go to get my watch fitted, but the customer service was top of the line!! Evan and Jose made my day being able to help me out!

I only gave 5 stars because there is not an option for 11! The first time I walked in I met Steve the owner. Steve spent over an hour talking with me about Rolex and the history behind the brand. It gave me excitement for the brand and hope that I would truly have a chance at acquiring my dream watch. I stayed in touch with him, would visit the store and text him from time to time with questions about watches which he was always quick to respond. Today I stopped in for one of my visits to check out his great display only to find out that my watch had just came in! It was still in the box that it and a few others were shipped in. Jose helped me try it on and made sure it fit perfectly while Steve was activating the warranty. From the first day through delivery I could not be happier. The folks at Drenon are kind, professional and now life long friends! This is the only jewelry store I will ever use from this day out!

THE BEST jeweler around. They have done 4 custom jobs for me and I am thrilled with every single one. The most important was my wife's completely custom engagement / wedding rings. I gave them a sketch and some screenshots and talked about my vision, and they were able to work up a 3-D digital rendering. From there, we made a few tweaks and then they created a mold to cast the rings. The execution was precise and flawless. I also wanted a non-traditional diamond, called a "salt and pepper" diamond. They found me several options and one was absolutely perfect, a 2.5ct brilliant cut diamond. I've attached photos of my wife's rings they created. She has had women stop her to look at it and give it compliments regularly for the past 2+ years (they made it in March 2020). They also made a solid gold matching bangle that is shown on her wrist. I asked for a hammered finish and they did such a beautiful job - the jewelers are so skilled!! Customer service is also top notch and very responsive. Pricing was less than I was finding other places, which is another huge bonus. Lifetime warranty, as good or better than other jewelers offer. Photos by @MelissaMarshallx (instagram)

Jose is such a helpful and genuinely down to earth sales associate who made my experience fantastic! It was amazing to meet the third-generation owner Steve and hear the story of Drenon’s family roots. Looking forward to many years of fine jewelry and watches at this wonderful store!

Drenon Jewelry was the 6th store I visited, trying to buy a Rolex as a wedding gift. I felt defeated walking in but Steve turned it into such a fantastic experience. He is very knowledgeable and really listens. I can tell he genuinely cares about building a positive relationship with the customers - it’s refreshing and delightful. We’re extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend it to others.

We had an outstanding experience with Drenon Jewelry while searching for a Rolex for a special occasion. Before making the 1.5-hour drive, we called ahead and spoke with Steve, the owner. He set clear, honest expectations and took the time to walk us through the process, which immediately gave us confidence. When we arrived, Steve truly listened to what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and we never felt rushed at any point. He made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable, and even had pieces available for purchase that same day. We had previously visited a Rolex Boutique in Chicago, and the level of service at Drenon wasn’t even comparable, it was that much better. Steve told us he doesn’t make customers, he makes friends, and he absolutely lived up to that. His attention, honesty, and genuine care made this a memorable experience. I had an outstanding experience working with Jose Figueroa at Drenon Jewelry in Independence, Missouri while purchasing my men’s Rolex watch. Jose was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer my questions.
